Important notes
By doing a reservation to our apartments, you accept the following:

You will need to deposit a part of the whole ammount of your reservation to confirm your reservation. The specific ammount and the method of payment will be discussed with us.

You will check-in after 15:00 and within the opening hours of the reception. If check-in has to be done out of these hours, you have to inform the reception beforehand, at least 12 hours before.

You will pay right after check-in.

You will check-out before 11:00 and within the opening hours of the reception. If check-out has to be done out of these hours, you have to inform the reception beforehand, at least 12 before. If it is possible to check-out later and you do so after 18:00, you will be charged 50% of the room price for this day, except if the reception ignores the extra charge after talking with the customer.

The use of the reserved apartment is allowed exclusively by the person who reserved it or by those declared at the reservation by this person. You will not be charged by the bed, only by the apartment.

In case of cancelation during stay, a 50% comprensation of the remaining days originally agreed is due and payable to the enterprise by the customer, unless if there is a special written cancellation agreement between the client and the enterprise. In case of cancellation before arrival, deposits are not returned.

The client is responsible for any damage or loss the hotel has suffered (breakage of glasses, crockery, wash basins, damage to the furniture, carpets, clothing ect.) owning either to him personally or to his visitors or to his persons employed by him or any person for which he is responsible.
